As a Midrange Operations Analyst at our company, your role will involve supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects by ensuring they meet plan, budget, quality, and governance standards. You will play a key role in driving innovation and excellence in our digital landscape to enhance customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Knowledge on HP Nonstop Infrastructure with significant experience in relevant technology - HP NonStop Support - TACL - Pathway - MQ - Connect Direct - BASE24 - Tandem Utilities (FUP & SCF, TMF & RDF) - Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift pattern **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with Scheduling Toolset, preferably Multi batch & Event Timer - Familiarity with Encryption Toolsets, preferably Comforte - ITIL certification You will be assessed based on critical skills such as risk management, change management, strategic thinking, digital and technology knowledge, and job-specific technical skills. **Purpose of the role:** Your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining infrastructure platforms and products to support applications and data systems.
