Job Description

Strong in Middleware Administration with primary skill in Weblogic, WebSphere & Apache webserver.

Very good knowledge on ActiveMQ, Message broker in respect to the middleware services.

Experience in Installation, implementation, upgrading, performance, security, patching, clustering and monitoring.

Configured & Administered JDBC, JMS, JNDI and Node Manager to administer the Managed Servers.

Providing technical assistance to the entire customer staff of developers, operators and administrators

Developing a detailed understanding of WebSphere Application Server Clustering for High Availability Responsible for possessing and developing a detailed understanding of J2EE standards, JDBC configuration, JNDI Directory Services, SOAP and WebServices.

Should have experience in Upgrades from lower version to higher version of application servers

Analyze the Log Files, Thread Dumps, JVM Dumps, Exception Stack Traces and provide RCA.

Timely security patching and applying support fixes as required.

Experience in L2/L3 level Apache Tomcat Administration.

Installation and Configuration of Apache web servers & Tomcat application servers

Having strong Knowledge on Modules of Apache HTTP Server & SSL

Creating multiple instance of Apache Http server.

Administration of Apache Tomcat server environment

Timely and accurate completion of other tasks as defined by the Manager of Enterprise Services - WebSphere Systems.

Experience in implementing complex integration solutions

Experience in Web Sphere runtime topologies & Creation of DR set up in MW environment

Experience in IBM HTTPS Server (IHS) & Single Sign-On concepts.

Experience with XML and HTML

Experience in Web services (e.g., SOAP, UDDI, WSDL, etc.)Experience in Websphere Enterprise Service Bus events, problem determination, administration, and performance tuning.

Experience in URL re-writing Concepts, websites, virtual directories, application Pools, etc.

Experience in SIB Setup, Must having experience in installation / configuration of HTTP Server with WebSphere.

Knowledge on other towers hosting services like DB, Windows, Network etc.,

Knowledge of monitoring server and application using PMI/TPV, Experience in Configuring JMS/Queue connection factories/Queues/Activation Specifications etc.

Good knowledge on Devops methodologies, CI/CD deployments, Dockers , OCP and Kubernetes.

Automated the process of Apache migration, websphere migration, Tomcat migration using github, Ansible and CHEF tools.
