Middle Office (VP)

As a member of Natixis Global Services India (NGSI), you will play a crucial role in supporting Natixis CIB APAC's client experience strategy by contributing to the innovation and technology hub. Your main responsibilities and duties will include: - Matching trades with counterparties - Following up on trade settlements with custodians and counterparties - Conducting reconciliation analysis on stock and cash positions with custodians/clearers - Producing various reports such as fail trades report, cash/stock breaks, etc. - Setting up and maintaining data in various systems (accounts, SSIs, counterparties) - Collaborating with Paris located teams for handover activities - Prioritizing multiple responsibilities to meet internal and external deadlines - Having a process enhancement mindset for daily operation processing - Managing various inquiries in a timely manner - Providing oversight on team activities - Managing the team effectively In terms of qualifications, you are required to have: - A Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Economics or a related discipline - Product knowledge in derivatives, Equity & Fixed Income, and other financial products - A good understanding of Middle Office processes and activities - Excellent knowledge of various asset classes and experience interacting with portfolio managers, custodians, clearers, and fund administrators in a multicultural environment - Attention to details and strong analytical skills - Understanding of SFCs Statements of Principles, Rules & Code of Practice - Skills in writing VBA/Excel Macro - Proficiency with DTCC ALERT & CTM platforms, FXAll Settlement Center Markit Platform, and TradeServ - Ability to understand French (an advantage) - Proficiency in Sophis, Summit, and Murex (an advantage) - A good team player with proactive and multitasking abilities, able to work under pressure and possess excellent communication skills Joining NGSI will provide you with the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that focuses on delivering operational services and innovative technological solutions to enhance operational efficiencies and platform resiliency for Natixis CIB Asia Pacific.,
