As a Mid-Senior Architect at Acenzo, you will play a crucial role in developing and refining design concepts for various architecture projects. Your expertise in utilizing Revit to create detailed architectural drawings and models will ensure accuracy and efficiency in project development. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with project teams to refine design concepts. - Creating detailed architectural drawings and models using Revit. - Applying knowledge of local, state, and national building laws to ensure regulatory compliance. - Participating in code analysis and integrating findings into design development. - Coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate design elements into functional facilities. - Working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences. - Demonstrating proficiency in Revit and providing training to team members. - Conducting regular reviews of drawings and models to ensure adherence to project standards. - Contributing to the development of construction documents and specifications. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. - 3-6 years of relevant experience in different architecture projects. - Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Experience in all project phases, from concept design to construction documentation.
