Microstrategy Developer

As a skilled BI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and creating analytical solutions using MicroStrategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Translating business requirements into BI solutions using MicroStrategy tools. - Writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources. - Creating complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards using MicroStrategy. - Developing and optimizing data warehouse solutions for efficient data storage and retrieval. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions. - Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports and dashboards. - Automating reporting processes and improving data visualization techniques. - Troubleshooting data issues and optimizing queries for better performance. - Collaborating with business teams to understand reporting needs and translating them into visual insights. - Working closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - Over 6 years of expertise in MicroStrategy for dashboard and report development. - Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy Architecture, Desktop, Web, and Developer tools. - Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, or Tableau Cloud. - At least 6 years of experience in BI engineering or data analytics. - Experience working with data warehousing concepts and technologies (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.). - Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience leading a team. - Experience facing clients based in the USA.
