About the Role:

We are hiring a Microsoft Co-Pilot Developer to support a leading Fintech client in building intelligent, productivity-enhancing solutions using Microsoft 365 and Azure. The role involves integrating Co-Pilot capabilities into enterprise environments to streamline workflows and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microsoft Co-Pilot solutions across M365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Develop intelligent workflows using Power Platform and Microsoft Graph API.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant implementations aligned with enterprise standards.
• Participate in solution architecture, documentation, and deployment activities.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure development.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Co-Pilot architecture and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook extensibility.
• Knowledge of modern authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
