Microfinance Field Sales Executive

Job Description: We are hiring Field Microfinance Officers at Freecharge Payment Technologies (Axis Bank Subsidiary). Responsibilities: Visit local customers and communities daily Promote and offer Microfinance products Generate leads, explain product features, and assist customers with applications Achieve daily/weekly targets and ensure high-quality onboarding Build long-term customer relationships and provide post-sale support Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in Microfinance / NBFC / Financial Services / Field Sales Strong communication and convincing skills Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling to assigned locations Own two-wheeler preferred (for field visits) Hiring Locations (Madhya Pradesh): Baihar | Maihar | Rahatgarh | Kahani | Shahdol | Singrauli | Berasia Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based (up to ₹15,000/month extra) Total Potential: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Travel Allowance & Mobile Recharge Support Note: Only candidates with relevant Microfinance or financial field experience will be considered.
