Maintain GLP in Micro lab.
Maintain equipment & work safety conditions in micro lab.
Maintain minimum inventory of media & consumables in micro lab.
Perform sampling of RM,FG, CIP, In process, environment swabs, hand swabs, air monitoring & Purified water as per SOP
Perform microbiological analysis of RM, FG, CIP, In process, environment swabs, hand swabs, air monitoring & Purified water as per SOP.
Maintain microbiological waste disposal as per standards.
Maintain all documents & follow all procedures of micro lab.
Perform personal hygiene & plant hygiene audit on daily basis.
Other duty assigned by Reporting Manager time to time.
Perform Qualification & Validations of lab & plant.
Able to handle out of specification products, its root cause & Corrective action plan.
