Role & responsibilities The Product & Revenue Growth Specialist plays a vital role in combining scientific product knowledge with customer engagement, distributor coordination, sales team collaboration, and revenue growth initiatives . Operating primarily from the corporate office with limited field travel (57 days per month) , this position focuses on enhancing customer relationships , driving market expansion , managing key accounts , and supporting distributors to increase product adoption and revenue generation . This role is part of Immunoshop’s Unified Sales Framework , ensuring a balance between scientific communication, lead conversion, account management, and data-driven revenue strategies . The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background with a passion for engaging with Diagnostic Lab professionals, distributors, and internal teams to promote Immunoshop’s IVD products . Key Responsibilities: Scientific Customer Engagement – Engage with laboratory professionals and key stakeholders to deliver scientific insights and technical information about Immunoshop’s IVD products. – Conduct discussions emphasizing scientific advantages, product benefits, and comparative analysis to promote product adoption. – Provide scientific support during the sales process, addressing technical queries and customer concerns. Lead Management & Conversion: – Manage and monitor lead pipelines through CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective conversion strategies. – Work on leads generated by the sales team and marketing initiatives , providing scientific validation and conversion support. – Collaborate closely with the sales team to prioritize high-potential leads and assist in closing deals. Account & Distributor Management: – Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. – Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding customer needs and product applications. – Coordinate with distributors to secure repeat orders and improve product reach in target markets. – Support distributors with scientific product knowledge to enhance customer interactions and sales effectiveness. Service Coordination & Customer Support: – Coordinate with SCM, customers, and distributors regarding order processing, payment follow-ups, and order status updates. – Collaborate with the service team to address product-related service issues, ensuring quick resolutions and customer satisfaction. – Act as a central point of contact between sales, service, and customers for seamless communication and issue resolution.
