Job Description

You are seeking a Medical Doctor (MD) specializing in Microbiology to undertake microscopy work in Microbiology and Molecular Biology. Your responsibilities will include implementing Quality control procedures, setting up monitoring processes for QC accuracy, and validating technical reports to ensure the accuracy of tested samples. It will be crucial for you to maintain and improve the Turnaround Time (TAT) of reports, especially in Molecular Biology, Bacteriology, Mycology & Mycobacteriology reports, Infectious Serology. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor TAT, handle patient queries, and efficiently manage inventory control. Preparing the laboratory for audits such as NABL will also fall under your purview. As the MD in Microbiology, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively. This is crucial to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time position that offers health insurance benefits. The work location will be in person.,
