We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Microbiologist (Fresher) to join our team. Furthermore, you will assist in developing and validating new microbiological methods and protocols, as well as presenting findings during team meetings and contributing to research discussions. Adherence to safety guidelines and laboratory best practices is paramount to ensure a secure working environment. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in microbiology and related fields will also be expected from you. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field. - Proficiency in basic microbiological techniques and principles. - Familiarity with laboratory equipment and protocols. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous internship or project experience in a microbiology laboratory. - Knowledge of molecular biology techniques like PCR, gel electrophoresis, etc. - Understanding of data analysis software and tools.
