Micro Banking Audit

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing RBIA (Micro Banking) of the Banking Branches to identify areas of risk, monitor adherence to laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and set standards. Your role will involve reinforcing internal control measures and conducting audits in the assigned branches. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct RBIA (Micro Banking) in the Branches assigned to you using the eTHIC application. - Perform audits in the assigned branches within the allotted days. - Obtain spot rectifications on a daily basis in accordance with the audit observation report in the application. - Conduct entry level and exit level meetings in the branch. - Verify accounts relevant to Micro Banking accounts and Jan Dhan accounts during the Audit as per the checklist. - Verify the documents, records, and registers in the Branches as per checklist. - Responsible for sangam visits in selected sangams in the Branches as per checklist. - Conduct compliance audits as and when assigned. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Audit, Supervision, and Administration. - Knowledge of audit and compliance procedures. - Experience in conducting RBIA (Risk-Based Internal Audit) will be an added advantage.
