The Role: Mice Sales Manager

Accountability: -

• Identify and target potential clients for Mice, build relationships, and secure new
• business opportunities.
• Create compelling proposals tailored to client needs, highlighting venue
• capabilities, services, and packages.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring agreements are mutually
• beneficial. Manage contract execution and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their group requirements, prepare the
• suitable proposal, closure of sales and ensure seamless execution of the group
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners,
• and industry partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue from Mice sales, upselling additional
• services, and meeting revenue targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to
• adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with other departments, such as Airlines, visa, DMC's and hotels to
• ensure a coordinated approach towards the group.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs,
• provide personalized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct engaging presentations to showcase the benefits and value of our travel
• services, addressing client concerns and objections effectively.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, working towards the overall
• revenue goals of the company.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to
• identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Sr. Manager Mice Sales will be responsible to generate Mice Business from
• Corporate clients.
• Will be responsible for aggressive selling of Corporate Mice
• Good product knowledge of Domestic and outbound destinations for selling to
• corporate clients.
• Market Analyses and update on competitors products & service quality.
• Handle customer query and preparing for destinations
• Accountable for overall customer satisfaction.
• Sr Manager Mice Sales will be responsible to generate Mice Business from
• Corporate clients.
