Look for opportunities to optimize and enhance existing processes and build out self-serve capabilities. To be successful as a MI Analyst, you must possess Essential Skills/Preferred Qualifications: - Experience of working with a range of stakeholders and building effective relationships across the business and geographies. - Strong knowledge of SAS and SQL. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Team Player. Desired Skills/Preferred Qualifications: - Business Objects. - Power BI. Purpose of the role: To implement data quality processes and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organization improve its operation and optimize resources. Accountabilities: - Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification. - Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis. - Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing. - Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems. - Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement. Analyst Expectations: To meet the needs of stakeholders/customers through specialist advice and support. Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard that will impact both the role itself and surrounding roles.
