• A minimum of 18 years’ experience in IT, including a minimum of 8 years’ experience as a people manager and 10+ years in delivering software products and services in modern technologies at scale
• Minimum 5+ experience in API management and Integration space, delivering quality APIs and reusable integration solutions
• 8+ years’ experience working in Agile/Scrum model
• 5+ years’ experience with DevOps
• Experience with incident management and problem management, driving operational excellence and meeting all SLAs
• Experience with a wide variety of continuous integration and source control tools
• Proven track record of successful implementation of all project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements
• Knowledge of API security including OIDC and OAuth2.0 concepts
• Experience with designing APIs as products and building API-led architectures
• Experience in building APIs for B2B, B2C product solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders
