As a Senior Engineer with extensive technical development and DevOps skills, you will be responsible for managing software development and support for a suite of vendor and in-house products in the Cash Management area. Your prior experience in the Liquidity Management domain will be an added advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategy:** - Understand and comply with Group & TTO strategy. - **Business:** - Understand Cash business and work towards achieving the goals of Cash Management and T&I objectives. - **Processes:** - Adhere to the standard Technology and governance process. - Ensure all projects are delivered in Agile methodology. - Contribute to functional verification/testing to ensure business requirements are met. - Collaborate with the team to deliver quality end-to-end solutions. - Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. - Perform impact assessment on existing processes/functions based on new requirements. - Work with technical teams for overall solutions in line with group policies. - Work with product owners to groom and prepare User stories and acceptance criteria. - Contribute to technical initiatives and play a techno-functional SME. - Lead the team, groom, and nurture them to be fit for the future. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you will also be expected to have 9+ years of experience in Java-J2EE Development, possess extensive technical expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring & Spring Boot, Hibernate, have good knowledge in Oracle, Kubernetes, and Docker, and basic knowledge in AWS Cloud. Knowledge of code versioning tools, automated testing platforms, and experience in developing cloud-native microservices will be essential for this role.
