Mgr, Finance

As a member of the Lam India Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in incubating and managing new projects and entities within the organization. This dynamic team of 40 members is divided into two subgroups - the India entity supporting team and the global facing Organization. Your responsibilities will include setting up structures and processes for new entities, managing end-to-end accountability for new projects, and supporting system implementation. Additionally, you will be involved in accounting, compliance, and financial analysis for the projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Incubate new projects/entities and establish structures and processes - Act as a single point of contact for new project setup, including stakeholder alignment, milestone planning, issue resolution, and coordination with internal and external agencies - Provide inputs for system implementation, coordinate testing, and ensure successful Go-Live - Support forecasting, planning, and ad hoc analysis for the project - Manage accounting and compliance post entity set up, including month-close activities, audits, reconciliations, and reviews **Qualifications Required:** - Chartered Accountant or bachelor's degree in finance and accounting - Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience - Experience in accounting and compliance functions, preferably in manufacturing - Weightage given for system implementation experience **Preferred Qualifications:** - Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and initiation skills - Proficient in accounting and financial concepts - Knowledge of IGAAP, IND AS, USGAAP, Companies Act, and India taxation rules - Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Ownership-driven and initiative-taking mindset At Lam, we value diversity and believe in empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
