Job Description

As a Manager Data Intelligence at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering Data Driven Solutions by collaborating with multi-functional domain experts to understand business context and key opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a team of dedicated business analysts to ensure high-quality standards and alignment with business objectives - Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and create data-driven strategies - Translating business challenges into actionable data initiatives in line with company strategy - Analyzing large datasets, extracting relevant information, and identifying patterns and trends to support decision-making - Collaborating with other teams to gather and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity - Generating actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize processes and improve user experience - Presenting reports, findings, and recommendations to executive leadership - Driving data quality, governance, and compliance with organization security standards - Building relationships with CAO/Controllership and IT organization for cross-functional collaboration - Staying updated with the latest developments in data science and machine learning techniques To excel in this role, you should have: - 10+ years of industry work experience, including 8+ years in technical roles involving Data Science/Analytics, Machine Learning, or Statistics - Hands-on experience with large-scale data and developing innovative data solutions - Leadership skills to inspire and lead a team towards achieving common goals - Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment and prioritize solutions creatively and systematically - Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Proficiency in Python and Python-based ML and Data Science frameworks - Extensive experience with BI Platforms such as Power BI Your career growth journey will be enriched with creativity, curiosity, and continuous learning opportunities.
