Role & responsibilities Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a robust business strategy to grow the mutual fund distribution division, focusing on client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation. Client Relationship Management: Leverage your existing high-net-worth (HNW) client base to expand Mfin's AUM, offering customized investment products and services. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to scale the division and enhance market presence. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing relationship managers to achieve company targets and grow the AUM base. Cross Sell Opportunities: Look for Cross-Sell and Up-Sell opportunities with other products like Life and General Insurance, PMS and AIF, Bonds, Equities, Loan Against Securities, etc. to meet client needs and market demand. Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including AMFI, SEBI & IRDAI guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics. Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience in mutual fund distribution, wealth management or financial services. A proven track record of managing a large number of clients and their AUM and strong relationships with HNW clients. Strong leadership abilities with experience in driving and managing teams. Expertise in market trends, mutual fund schemes, and a deep understanding of client acquisition and retention strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach
