Corporate Loan Servicing team is responsible for managing life-cycle events on Loan Deals. The team is also involved in various aspects of recording and maintaining risk inventory by working closely with stakeholders in the Finance, Credit and Technology divisions. JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handling of loan servicing activities (new borrowings, increases, rollovers, paydowns, commitment reductions) and ensure currency cut-offs are followed Have a front-to-back understanding of the loan product and the events associated with it by managing a complex portfolio and be an SME. Maintain a clean inventory for the team and perform effective supervision and EOD checks including payment approvals. Ensure control measures are established to scrutinize exceptions/errors to prevent any operational losses and review these measures constantly Adherence to daily operation policy and procedure and internal controls Ensure posting and escalation process is adhered to Own control reports and be part of weekly metrics and contribute towards RCSA deliverables Create an environment where skills are shared and achieve department and business goals Train, coach and mentor the new joiners in the team BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a finance related field. Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of MS Office applications. Aptitude for dealing with complex issues and communicating them to various stakeholders. Flexible and able to work well under pressure along with leading the team in the right direction. Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.

Role & responsibilities Implementing Scrum Practices: Ensures that Scrum practices are implemented consistently across all teams and that any deviations are addressed. Helps to establish sprint cadence. Works with product owners to keep the sprint teams backlog ready and groomed. Facilitates sprint planning, review, daily scrum, refinement meetings, and retrospective events at the team level. Supporting Scrum Masters: Provides support and guidance to Scrum Masters, helping them to resolve impediments and improve team performance. Participates as well as facilitates Scrum of Scrums. Leader and Mentor: Acts as a leader and mentor for Scrum Masters within the organization, helping them to develop their skills and capabilities. Coach: Provides coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to enhance their understanding and application of Scrum practices. Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitates coordination between multiple Scrum teams, especially in large-scale projects or programs. Takes responsibility for managing dependencies within the sprint team as well as those dependencies from other development or operations teams. Facilitator: Facilitates communication and collaboration among teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery. Monitoring Progress: Monitors the progress of Scrum teams and ensures that they are on track to meet their goals and deliver value. Coordinates timely response and support to production line customer issues and helps to ensure that the team maintains adherence to (SLA). Stakeholder Management: Engages with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met, and that they understand the Scrum process and its benefits. Communicates sprint status to stakeholders at a fixed cadence. Continuous Improvement: Promotes a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and make necessary adjustments. Change Agent: Drives organizational change and promotes a culture of continuous improvement and agile thinking. Training and Development: Organizes and conducts training sessions for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to enhance their understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies. Acts as an Agile coach to the different marketing teams. Promotes adherence to Agile best practices in Marketing. Metrics and Reporting: Tracks and reports on key metrics to assess the effectiveness of Scrum implementation and identify areas for improvement. Conflict Resolution: Helps to resolve conflicts within and between teams, ensuring that they do not impede progress. Preferred candidate profile 7-9 years of marketing experience including 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Large/enterprise experience using Agile methodologies preferred but not required. Extensive Agile and Scrum Experience: Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in similar roles. Understanding of backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, task definition, and other Agile terminology. Situational Awareness: Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and make all necessary attempts to solve them before elevating them to management. Conflict Resolution Skills: Skilled in resolving conflicts and removing impediments that hinder team progress. Coaching and Mentoring Skills: Ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams in agile practices and principles. Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and align stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication. Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and empathize with team members and stakeholders. Analytical skills Drive for continuous improvement. Quick learner - Must be able to quickly gain a high-level understanding of the technical and business domains of the development team. Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision are a must. Outstanding written and oral communication. Experience with Wrike preferred but not required. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, ICP-ACC).
