As a Data Visualization specialist at B&I Data Team, you will play a crucial role in building high-performance Analytical Dashboards and Insights for senior stakeholders across the franchise. By collaborating with subject matter experts, you will design, validate, develop, and deploy both minimum viable products (MVP) and ready-to-deploy solutions. Here's what you will be responsible for: - Data Analysis & Visualization: - Transform raw data into visually intuitive representations. - Present complex datasets in accessible formats to enable stakeholders to discern trends and patterns effectively. - Dashboard Creation: - Design dashboards aggregating critical data metrics into cohesive displays. - Develop user-friendly interfaces to streamline end-users data interpretation and decision-making processes. - Collaboration & Communication: - Engage with stakeholders to tailor data solutions to organizational needs. - Facilitate understanding and alignment among team members through clear and concise communication. Qualifications required for this role: - Ability to tell a story using data with a creative streak. - Excellent understanding of Tableau, SQL Python, ETL/ELT processes, and Job Schedulers. - Broad understanding of the business technology landscape for designing and deploying analytical dashboards. - Proficiency in reading/writing to database systems (Oracle/Hadoop), SQL/NoSQL, and various file formats. - Adaptability, creativity, resourcefulness, well-organized team player with strong work ethics. - Strong understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, and running EAD analysis using statistical packages. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - 8-12 years of hands-on experience. - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially masters degree.
