Key Responsibilities A. Clinical Duties Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, maintaining professional and ethical standards. Collaborate with management and marketing team to support promotional campaigns and patient engagement activities. Respect clinic working hours— no early departures without prior approval, except in emergencies, and ensure all patients are discharged fully and records are completed before leaving. Communication with Patients Engage proactively with patients—build rapport, explain treatment plans in layman’s terms, address concerns patiently, and ensure they feel valued throughout the visit.
