We’re hiring a clinically sound, confident BDS dentist with strong hands-on skills, especially in molar RCTs . If you’re independent, fast-learning, fluent in Kannada , and comfortable with basic computer tasks, we’d love to hear from you. Role Details: Position : Full-Time Resident Dentist (BDS only) Experience : 2–5 years Age Limit : 22–35 years Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience) + incentives on each case completed, and referral incentives also. Work Days : Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday off); Sunday timing: 10 AM – 5 PM Clinic Timings : 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM & 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (split shift) Location : Chikkabanavara (Hesarghatta Road), Bengaluru Mandatory Requirements: BDS with valid DCI registration Professional Indemnity Insurance Fluency in Kannada and English (other languages a bonus) Comfortable with Excel, basic computer usage, and typing Key Clinical Responsibilities: Independently perform: Root Canal Treatments (anterior & posterior) Scaling, polishing , tooth bleaching, restorations (GIC & composite) Non-surgical extractions , crowns, bridges & dentures Diagnosis and treatment of periodontal and pediatric dental issues Diagnose, treat, prescribe, and follow up with patients Maintain dental records, stocks, and ensure patient compliance Support with clinic administration, MIS, and daily reporting Participate in brand activities like social media videos and YouTube interviews Expectations: Confident, proactive & patient-friendly Able to manage the clinic independently during assigned hours Willingness to learn and grow with the team Minimum 1-year commitment required Probation : 3 months to 1 year based on experience; confirmation based on performance Walk-In Interview : Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Clinic Address : #08, 1st Floor, Chandrasekhar Galleria, 1218/1, M.
