As a Printing Machine Operator, your role will involve setting up, operating, and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. You will be responsible for reviewing client requests, determining print job requirements, matching colors, configuring machines, inspecting output, maintaining supplies, troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, conducting maintenance, and keeping production records. Key Responsibilities: - Review client requests and understand print job scope - Determine quantities and materials needed for each job - Match colors and ensure print alignment as per specifications - Efficiently operate printing machines - Inspect production samples for quality assurance - Manage inventory of printing supplies and request replenishment - Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic repairs - Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment - Record and submit daily production totals and reports - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications: - High School Diploma - Technical/vocational training in printing or mechanical systems (preferred) In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 13 years of experience operating printing machines.
