We are a dynamic and growing tech services company, looking for a Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring qualified leads are handed over to our engineering team for project delivery. This is a commission-based role with lucrative earning potential, where you can earn up to 20% commission of the full project value. Key Responsibilities: Lead Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls using an existing leads list. Discovery & Qualification: Conduct discovery calls or chats to gather project requirements and qualify leads based on criteria. CRM Management: Keep records updated in CRM or internal tracking systems with accurate client communication and lead status. Client Onboarding: Work closely with the technical team for project estimation and ensure smooth handover of clients. Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients and assist in project follow-up as necessary. Requirements: Experience: 1.5–4 years of experience in B2B client outreach, business development, or sales. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati is a plus. Tech Knowledge: Basic understanding of tech services such as Web/App Development, Digital Marketing, etc. Tools: Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, and LinkedIn. Characteristics: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly reliable, and driven by performance. Commission Structure: Up to 20% Commission: Earn commission based on project value. The commission percentage increases as you hit specific targets, with the potential to earn up to 20% of the full project stack for closed deals.
