Meta Ads Specialist - (Media Buying)

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. With 2-3 years of experience in this field, you will have a strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences. Your expertise will include the generation and installation of the Facebook pixel, as well as knowledge of bidding techniques such as AutoBid, CPC, and CPM. Your role will involve creating and optimizing campaigns to drive growth and meet marketing objectives. You will be proficient in developing ads and ad copies, as well as tracking and measuring the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments will be essential for testing and improving campaign effectiveness. In addition to your technical skills, you will demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Your experience with social media advertising platforms, particularly on Facebook, will be a key asset in this role. You will also be required to track funnel conversion rates, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with the team to drive engagement and deliver results. Vertical experience in Debt, Life Insurance, Personal Loans, or Home Improvement will be beneficial for this position. Prior experience in a Performance Marketing Agency or Affiliate Marketing is a must. Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in managing performance campaigns, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented approach will be preferred. You should possess expertise in mobile and web analytics tools, marketing automation software, and advertising technology. Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills are essential for success in this role. International exposure in CPL campaigns is required, and candidates with PPC experience will be prioritized. This position is based in Noida, and you will be required to work in the office for 5 days a week.
