Hiring for Meta Ads Specialist

We are hiring a Meta Ads Specialist to manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. You will be responsible for running ads, analyzing performance, and improving results to increase leads and conversions. Basic knowledge of Google Ads is also needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Track and improve ad performance (ROI, CTR, CPC)
• Collaborate with the marketing team on ad creatives
• Use Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager & Google Analytics
• Stay updated with latest ad trends and platform changes

Who Can Apply:

• Any Bachelor’s degree or relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
• Must be in Erode or willing to relocate
• Knowledge of Google Ads, CRM, or email marketing – added advantage
• Good attention to detail
• Strong communication in English and native language

• Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Google Ads: 1 year (Preferred)
• Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
