Meta Ads Manager - Performance Marketing

As a Meta Ads Manager in Bangalore, you will be responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and scaling of ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. Your role will involve working directly with clients, reporting on performance, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for multiple brands. - Scale campaigns profitably and manage monthly budgets effectively. - Generate performance reports and present insights to clients. - Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for campaign success. - Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels. - Stay updated with Metas latest ad features, trends, and policies. - Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and performance delivery. Requirements: - 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (agency experience preferred). - Proven track record of scaling brand campaigns. - Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies. - Excellent analytical, reporting, and client communication skills.
