HR Intern

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
• Help onboard new hires and maintain employee records.
• Support day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate and organize internal team activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Draft HR communications and update internal databases.
• Research HR trends and suggest improvements to existing processes.

• Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and eager to learn.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally in a team environment.

• Hands-on experience in core HR functions.
