About the Role:
PincodeKart is looking for a skilled Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook & Instagram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, audience targeting, and ROI-driven performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives & targeting
• Analyze performance reports and share actionable insights
• Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• Proven 2+ years experience in Meta Ads management
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking
• Ability to manage ad budgets effectively
• Experience in e-commerce / startup sector will be an advantage
