Job Description

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a MES Techno functional consultant
Mandatory Functional knowledge:
Pharma manufacturing
Should have strong understanding of MES business processes and data models, entities and relationships
Should be able to reverse engineer the current business processes and data models, build ER diagrams based on the models and provide the inputs to build data lake
Should have good hands on experience using SQL
3+ years of experience in Manufacturing preferred
AI/ML conceptual knowledge or Logistics AI/ML use case knowledge is preferable
A minimum of one year of experience in agile methodology is needed.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong facilitation skills to deliver collaborative strategies and solutions.
Capability (demonstrated) to manage complex initiatives (integration, risks, issues etc.) .
Capability (demonstrated) to formulate and communicate strategy.
Experience in stakeholder, risk management
Experience integrating PAS-X with SAP ERP( S/4 HANA)
Understanding of PAS-X GMP 4.x or 3.x architecture

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work closely with the development team to clarify business requirements, answer potential questions & ensure their timely completion in alignment with IT delivery lead
Validation of deliverables according to the requirements
Clearly communicate with stakeholders
Work with the current BAs to drive together
