Job Description: As a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) expert experienced in Siemens OpCenter Semiconductor, your role will revolve around the complete life cycle implementation of MES. You will be responsible for solution architecture, Opcenter Designer, CIO, and MES upgrades. It is imperative to have domain expertise in Life Science and familiarity with interfaces with external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI, etc. A fair understanding of the computer system validation process and knowledge of SQL are also essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements, conduct fit gap analysis, and create solution blueprints - Collaborate with customer stakeholders to design solutions on Siemens OpCenter Semiconductor platform - Communicate complex business processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder buy-in - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements with MES - Code on Opcenter Designer, MIO, and Portal studio as needed - Translate solution requirements and work with the development team for implementation - Mentor and train other associates on necessary skills - Ensure the quality of deliverables by working closely with the assurance team - Assist in project planning and scheduling with program governance - Lead a team for end-to-end project execution Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills, adaptability, fast learning ability, commitment, and motivation towards achieving team goals - Strong leadership abilities to coordinate and direct project phases while supervising and motivating project teams - Excellent facilitation skills to ensure effective communication within the team - Strong team collaboration skills Job Description: As a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) expert experienced in Siemens OpCenter Semiconductor, your role will revolve around the complete life cycle implementation of MES.
