Job Description

As an MES/Data Historian/OT Functional Expert at Envalior, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing information solutions to maximize business value within the Operations and Manufacturing OT Domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Proposing innovative information solutions to business problems by utilizing emerging digital technologies along with existing ERP solutions. - Convincing and explaining the added value of leveraging best practice processes and technologies to senior stakeholders and users. - Driving the usage of existing information solutions to achieve projected business benefits. - Simplifying, automating, and eliminating waste in existing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement efforts. - Staying externally oriented by assessing the feasibility of applying the latest developments in the domain to Envalior. - Identifying opportunities for operational excellence through business performance improvement scans and leveraging internal and external best practices. - Collaborating closely with project or product owners to define OT/MES functional solutions, scope detailed functional requirements, and estimate budgets. - Ensuring IT solutions comply with internal requirements, security, and architecture principles while validating the build against those same principles. - Engaging with other Chapter Leads, Global Process Owners, and Business Process Owners to enhance the use of Digital Marketing Solutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Holding a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Applied Computer Sciences or a related field. - Deep understanding of information architecture, industry best practices, and business processes within the applicable functional domain. - Familiarity with Envalior IT policies, strategies, and standards. - Strong collaboration skills, a sense of urgency, and an ability to share insights with colleagues. - Curiosity and drive for new technologies in an evolving market. - Proficiency in AVEVA Wonderware, AVEVA MES, Data Historian, AVEVA OSI-PI, and AspenTech. - Fluency in spoken and written English.
