Participate in the design and implementation of MES projects.
Define system architecture and validate Functional Design Documents.
Conduct engineering validation and support execution planning.
Deploy MES applications on-site, manage rollout activities, and troubleshoot issues during commissioning.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training.

Operational Support

Work with decision support and MES tools in discrete manufacturing environments.
Integrate MES with SCADA/DCS systems and other OT layer technologies.
Develop and maintain interfaces between MES and Level 4 (L4) applications.
Support and optimize real-time manufacturing processes and data flows.

System Integration and Data Management

Configure and monitor Real-Time Data Historians (e.g., IP21, PI).
Support Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) integration.
Implement analytical dashboards for operational decision-making and emergency process management.

Application Maintenance and Monitoring

Configure applications as per defined procedures.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues as per standard operating procedures.
Create and configure alert systems for early detection of process events.
Ensure MES systems deliver maximum operational benefits.

Documentation & Communication

Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and SOPs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Engineering.
Technologies: .Net, Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, SSRS, Web Services, OOPs.
Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) applications, ideally in manufacturing or renewable energy domains.
