As a skilled MERN Stack Developer at RejoiceHub LLP, you will be an integral part of our dynamic development team. Your primary responsibility will be designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technology stack. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong passion for coding, a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining full-stack web applications, designing and implementing scalable and secure RESTful APIs, collaborating with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software, writing clean, modular, and reusable code with a focus on security and data protection, participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. To be successful in this role, you should have proficiency in React.js for building complex UIs, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux), and component-based architecture. Strong understanding of HTML5/CSS3 with responsive design, Flexbox, Grid, and CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS is essential. Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming, promises, and AJAX is required. Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and familiarity with Node.js for building scalable server-side applications is crucial. Proficiency in creating RESTful APIs using Express.js, with knowledge of middleware and routing is a must. Understanding security best practices, including JWT, OAuth, and secure password hashing, and experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, aggregation, and optimization are also key requirements. Familiarity with Mongoose ORM for data modeling and interaction with MongoDB will be advantageous.
