Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated MERN Stack Trainer to train and mentor students in full-stack web development. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly using real-time examples and hands-on projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in MERN Stack development

OR

• Passionate fresher with excellent practical skills and interest in teaching

Required Technical Skills

Frontend:

• HTML5
• CSS3
• Bootstrap 5
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• React.js
• Redux / Zustand

Backend:

• Node.js
• Express.js

Database:

• MongoDB (MongoDB Atlas preferred)

Additional Preferred Skills

• REST API development & integration
• JWT Authentication & Authorization
• CRUD operations
• Git & GitHub
• Deployment basics (Render / Vercel / Netlify)
• Ability to support students in real-time projects

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on MERN Stack technologies
• Prepare practical assignments and real-time mini projects
• Guide students through coding challenges and doubts
• Ensure students gain job-ready skills
• Maintain training quality and documentation
