MERN Stack Developer (Node.js / React)

As a MERN Stack Developer at CozmoTec, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using Node.js and React. You will have the opportunity to contribute to backend and frontend architecture discussions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, write clean and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews and mentorship of junior developers. Your role will involve working in an agile environment, taking ownership of delivering features end-to-end, and ensuring the scalability and cleanliness of the codebase. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Node.js and React - Contribute to backend and frontend architecture discussions and technical decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and Ireland - Write clean, well-documented, and tested code - Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and mentorship of junior developers - Work in an agile environment and take ownership of delivering features end-to-end Qualifications & Skills: - 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering - Strong proficiency in Node.js and React - Experience building and scaling modern web applications - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architecture - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Preferred Skills: - Experience with Python is preferred - Exposure to PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Experience working with international (preferably European) clients If you are passionate about building world-class products, enjoy startup energy, and want to work with global teams, this opportunity at CozmoTec is for you.
