Notice Period: ImmediateiSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of MERN Stack Developer.About the role:We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to build scalable and responsive web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The role involves end-to-end development, API integration, UI/UX enhancement, performance optimization, debugging, code reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.Roles & Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs to support application functionalities.Ensure high-quality UI/UX by developing pixel-perfect front-end applications.Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices.Collaborate with the DevOps team for CI/CD pipelines and deployments. Required Skills:Proficient in MERN stack, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScriptExperience with Redux/Context API, REST APIs, GraphQL (preferred)Strong MongoDB database skillsFamiliar with Git, UI frameworks (Material-UI/Bootstrap)Exposure to Docker, AWS (a plus)Agile environment experience, strong problem-solving skills.
