Description
Role & responsibilities Design and build applications/systems based on wireframes and product requirements documents. Provide implementation, maintenance support to clients Unit test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability Write reusable, easy to maintain, versioned code using DRY principles Integrate existing tools and business systems (in-house tools) Good exposure in creating Web Forms Mentor other team members on system architecture, coding styles and inculcate an attitude of continuous improvement in the team members Preferred candidate profile Frontend (React.js) Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) • Experience with React.js & Next.js (preferred) State management using Redux, Context API, or Zustand • Proficiency in CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material-UI) API integration with RESTful APIs & GraphQL Backend (Node.js & Express.js) Experience in Node.js and Express.js for backend development • Building RESTful APIs & GraphQL APIs • Middleware handling (CORS, Helmet, Morgan, Body-parser) • Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth, Firebase Auth) • WebSockets & real-time communication using Socket.io Web API Development Designing & implementing RESTful Web APIs using Express.js • Developing secure APIs with authentication & authorization Consuming & integrating with third-party APIs • API documentation using Swagger or Postman • Handling API rate limiting & performance optimization Database (MongoDB, SQL & SAP HANA) • MongoDB: Schema design, indexing, Mongoose ORM, query optimization • SQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server): Writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimization • SAP HANA: Understanding HANA architecture, working with HANA tables & views, SQLScript development, and query performance tuning DevOps & Deployment • Deploying applications on AWS, Heroku, Vercel, Firebase Setting up CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments • Working with Docker & Kubernetes (Preferred) • Serverless deployment using AWS Lambda or Firebase Functions Version Control & Testing • Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab for version control Unit testing using Jest, Mocha, Chai API testing with Postman & Swagger • Debugging tools like Chrome DevTools
