MERN Stack Developer

As a dynamic MERN Stack Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers or students through structured MERN stack training programs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use - Design and implement RESTful APIs using Express.js and Node.js - Work with MongoDB to create efficient databases - Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to ensure seamless user experiences - Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness - Participate in code reviews and stay updated with the latest MERN stack trends and best practices **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in MERN technologies - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend design principles - Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API - Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming - Understanding of MVC architecture and middleware in Node.js - Experience with version control tools like Git - Good communication and organizational skills As a Trainer, you will plan and deliver effective MERN stack training sessions, develop training content, conduct practical coding sessions, evaluate and mentor trainees, and provide ongoing support and guidance. You will also update training content based on evolving industry standards and break down complex technical concepts into clear, understandable lessons. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, certifications in Full-Stack Development or MERN technologies are a plus. Preferred experience includes 3-5+ years as a MERN Stack Developer, 1+ year in technical training or mentoring roles, and familiarity with DevOps, Docker, or Microservices. You should be passionate about coding and teaching, possess strong problem-solving and debugging skills, and be adaptable to handle both development work and teaching responsibilities.
