Position: MERN Stack Mentor
Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Location: Malappuram, Tirur, Vailathur
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Mentor to join our academy. The mentor will be responsible for training students on full-stack web development, guiding them in real-world projects, and ensuring they gain industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom sessions on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Deliver interactive lectures, practical coding workshops, and project-based learning.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and project guidelines.
• Provide doubt-clearing sessions and personalized guidance to students.
• Monitor learner progress and share timely feedback.
• Help students follow coding standards, version control (Git), and deployment practices.
• Keep curriculum updated with the latest trends in web development.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, MERN Stack, REST APIs, and database management.
• Experience in developing and deploying full-stack web applications.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, VS Code, Postman, etc.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Compensation

• Monthly Salary (based on skills & experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
