As a highly skilled Frontend Developer (MERN Stack) with expertise in React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern UI frameworks, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Frontend Development: - Building high-quality, responsive, and scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js. - Developing pixel-perfect UI using Tailwind CSS, MUI, and other UI component libraries. - Implementing dynamic front-end features, reusable components, and efficient state management. - Ensuring cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and optimized performance. - Working on SEO-friendly Next.js features such as SSR, SSG, ISR, and dynamic routing. - API Integration & Data Handling: - Integrating backend REST APIs and services using Axios or Fetch. - Managing server-state and client-state efficiently using TanStack Query (React Query). - Creating clean, reusable API utilities and error-handling workflows. - Working closely with backend teams to define API contracts. - Performance & Optimization: - Optimizing images, static resources, and pages for maximum speed and SEO. - Implementing caching, lazy loading, and code-splitting techniques. - Improving Lighthouse scores and overall Core Web Vitals. - DevOps & CI/CD: - Working with CI/CD tools for automated deployment and testing workflows. - Participating in setting up deployment pipelines for React/Next projects. - Collaborating with DevOps and cloud teams for hosting, scaling, and production releases. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development (MERN stack preferred). - Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and other UI frameworks. - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and image optimization methods. - Strong understanding of component architecture, reusable UI patterns, and state management. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code. - Good problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. It would be nice to have familiarity with Docker, AWS services, backend development using the MERN stack, performance profiling tools, and experience with unit and integration testing.
