MERN Full Stack Developer

As a MERN Stack Developer at ScaleupAlly, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Your role will involve developing responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React.js, designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js, and handling database operations using MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization. You will be working closely with clients to understand functional requirements and collaborating with designers and other developers to implement functional and visually appealing applications. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and fixing bugs in the application, writing unit and integration tests to ensure application stability, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3-4 years of experience in MERN Stack Development, proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ features, and strong experience with React.js and understanding of state management libraries like Redux. Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB is essential, along with familiarity with front-end libraries like Material-UI or Bootstrap, front-build tools like Webpack and Babel, and knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. Additionally, familiarity with development processes using cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, hands-on experience, and knowledge of Docker and Containerization are preferred. You will be expected to adhere to industry best practices, contribute to internal coding standards, participate in agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and use Git for version control and code reviews to maintain code quality. ScaleupAlly offers a supportive work environment with office hours of 5 days a week and first and third Saturday working. The office timing is from 10 am to 7:00 pm.
