About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be in the Hospital Information System designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge full-stack web applications. You will leverage your expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Next.js and Node.js to build robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React.js components for the frontend, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Backend API Development: Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using Node.js and Express.js (or similar frameworks) for backend APIs and services.
• Database Management: Work with Postgress & MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Next.js Implementation: Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering and building performant, SEO-friendly applications.
• Optimization: Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to refine user experience and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices.
• Testing: Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
• Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve issues across the full stack.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including modern features and state management.
• Expertise in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Experience with Postgress & MongoDB database design and management.
• Familiarity with GraphQL for API development.
• Experience with Next.js is highly desirable.
• Understanding of front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git/GitLab.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
