Role Overview

MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using

  MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

• Take ownership of end-to-end developmentfrom planning to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Debug and resolve application issues with speed and accuracy
• Maintain documentation and ensure smooth knowledge transfer
• Work with a sense of ownership and be accountable for quality, timelines, and project stability
• Support the setup and tech culture of the new Dhanbad office

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in

  MERN stack

• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend logic
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API)
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and cloud (AWS/any cloud is a plus)
• Experience with database design (MongoDB) and performance optimization
• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks and responsive design principles
