You should bring at least 3.5+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) and possess strong expertise in backend technologies, particularly Nest.js, Node.js, and Express.js. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications that meet client requirements. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using the MERN stack, building and optimizing secure and scalable backend services using Nest.js, Node.js, and Express.js, collaborating with front-end developers and UI/UX designers for seamless integration, developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications, implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software as needed, as well as participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers. To excel in this role, you must exhibit a strong proficiency in the MERN stack, demonstrate extensive experience with backend frameworks like Nest.js, Node.js, and Express.js, possess a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms, showcase experience in database design, query optimization, and data modeling, be familiar with version control tools like Git, and have knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) as a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience), and a proven track record of developing and deploying full-stack applications are required qualifications for this position.,
