MERN and Java Trainer

You will be responsible for training students in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Core/Advanced Java by designing and delivering curriculum, conducting interactive sessions, and providing practical assignments. You will evaluate student understanding, provide feedback, and encourage participation. Additionally, you will develop curriculum, update content based on industry trends, and assess student performance recommending improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver curriculum on MERN Stack and Core/Advanced Java - Conduct interactive live sessions, tutorials, and workshops - Deliver practical sessions using real-world assignments - Evaluate student understanding through assignments, quizzes, and mini-projects - Provide constructive feedback and mentorship - Continuously update content based on industry trends - Create structured training plans and documentation - Assess student performance and recommend improvements - Assist in mock interviews, coding evaluations, and project reviews Required Skills & Qualifications: - Technical expertise in MERN Stack and Java - Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js, Core Java, OOPs, JDBC, etc. - Knowledge of Git/GitHub, REST APIs, JSON, Postman, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript - Strong communication skills - Teaching/training experience - Ability to simplify and explain coding concepts effectively Preferred Qualifications: - Degree in Computer Science or related field - Experience with LMS tools - Knowledge of assignment evaluation techniques Note: Candidates able to join within 30 days and working in Lucknow will be preferred.
