Job Title : MERN & Java Trainer Location : Lucknow, India Type : Full-Time / Part time Experience : 3-6 years Notice Period: Less than 30 days Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate MERN & Java Trainer to deliver assignment-based, hands-on training to students. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a teaching mindset, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training & Delivery a. Design and deliver curriculum on MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Core/Advanced Java . b. Conduct interactive live sessions , recorded tutorials , and workshops . c. Deliver practical sessions using real-world assignments and projects . 2. Student Engagement a. Evaluate students’ understanding through assignments, quizzes, and mini-projects. b. Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one mentorship to students. c. Encourage participation and resolve doubts during or after sessions. 3. Curriculum Development a. Continuously update content based on industry trends and student feedback. b. Create structured training plans and documentation. 4. Technical Assessment a. Assess students’ performance and recommend improvements. b. Assist in mock interviews , coding evaluations , and portfolio/project reviews . Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Technical Skills a. MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React (Hooks, Redux), Node.js b. Java: Core Java, OOPs, JDBC, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading (Bonus: Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot) c. Git/GitHub, REST APIs, JSON, Postman d. Frontend basics: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap 2. Teaching & Communication a. Strong verbal and written communication skills b. Prior teaching/training experience (online or in-class) c. Ability to simplify and explain coding concepts effectively Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field Experience with LMS tools (Google Classroom, etc.) Knowledge of assignment evaluation techniques and peer-based learning models Candidate who can join within 30 days will be preferred. We are looking for a proactive and driven Field Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2C & B2B SaaS product sales, preferably in the accounting or finance software space. The role involves direct client interaction through on-site visits, product demonstrations, and closing sales in the field. Candidates must be comfortable with regular travel and in-person meetings. Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through local networking, referrals, cold visits, and field prospecting. Conduct on-site meetings and product demonstrations to decision-makers (accountants, finance heads, business owners). Understand customer pain points in accounting/finance processes and recommend suitable product solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and demos to negotiations and closures. Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain long-term customer relationships. Update CRM and provide accurate sales forecasting and reports. Coordinate with the internal sales support, marketing, and product teams. Meet or exceed monthly field visit targets and sales KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing or a diploma in software/IT sales is a plus. 2–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably selling SaaS, accounting, or ERP software. Strong understanding of financial/accounting processes is a plus. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Proficient in using CRM tools and reporting software. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
