Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented M&A Analyst to support strategic initiatives across the full deal lifecycle. In this fully remote, flexible freelance role, you will play a key part in identifying growth opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting the execution of mergers and acquisitions that align with long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for M&A transactions
Build and support financial models and valuation assessments
Prepare reports, pitch decks, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Research market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes
Collaborate with senior executives to evaluate strategic fit, risks, and synergies

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in M&A analysis, investment banking, or corporate development
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Deep understanding of M&A processes, transaction structures, and valuation techniques
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills
