We are seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to support strategic M&A initiatives, including market research, due diligence, and financial analysis. You will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities and assisting in the execution of mergers and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:. Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for M&A transactions. Support the creation of financial models and valuation analysis. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders. Research market trends and competitive landscapes. Collaborate with senior executives to assess strategic fit and risks. Key Skills & Experience:. Proven experience in M&A analysis or investment banking. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Knowledge of M&A processes and transaction structures.
